The streams in All Stretton has both man made and natural blockages along its path.
The flood group put together a clearance party to reduce vegetative growth in an area where flooding has previously been experienced by nearby households.
In doing so we could then see where some tree trunks had grown into a position to act like a leaky dam across the stream.
